i was making pancakes the other night for dinner and realized i only had one pan. my second pan was ruined when steven made hamburgers in it one day. so yes...here i am making pancakes and i still have to make bacon. so i bust out the biggest pot i have to cook it in! i think that means its times to get a new set of pots and pans, since my current ones are starting to lose their coating.
the lovely outcome...and it was delicious!

Cook the bacon on a cookie sheet lined with foil in a the oven at 400 for 15 minutes.
oh good! thanks!
I got so sick of the coating wearing off of my pans. Sometimes little black flakes would end up in the scrambled eggs and I had to wonder what it was doing to our insides. I finally went to Ross and bought stainless steel pans. You have to go several times 'cause they don't have the best selection, but you can get them for pretty cheap there and they last forever. The only drawback is you have to clean them with Kleen King to get them nice and shiny.
